Rules for using BetPro

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of BetPro - Official App. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms, meet the minimum legal age where you live, and comply with laws and third-party eligibility rules applicable to you. The app is not directed to children.

3. What BetPro provides

BetPro provides account access, profile tools, service-request submission and tracking, notifications, support, and access to an administrator-configured third-party website. Requests may require proof, verification, manual review, correction, approval, or rejection.

4. Independent third-party services

Third-party websites opened from the app are operated independently and have their own content, accounts, transactions, terms, privacy practices, availability, and eligibility rules. BetPro does not claim ownership or operational control of those websites and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, content, balances, or service decisions.

5. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep passwords and access credentials confidential.
• Do not share one-time codes or allow unauthorized account access.
• Notify support promptly if you suspect misuse.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.

6. Linked-site credentials and Auto-Paste

The app may display linked-site credentials associated with your account. If Auto-Paste is enabled by the administrator and by you, the app may insert those credentials into visible login fields on the configured HTTPS site. Review the destination before submitting information. You can disable Auto-Paste from Profile.

7. Service requests

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval, timing, availability, settlement, or a particular outcome. You must provide accurate request information and only upload material you are authorized to use. Duplicate, false, altered, unlawful, or misleading submissions may be rejected and may lead to account restrictions.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the app, interfere with security, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, reverse engineer protected components, automate abusive activity, introduce malicious code, violate third-party rights, or use the app for unlawful activity.

9. No financial or investment advice

BetPro is not a bank or investment adviser and does not provide investment advice, guaranteed returns, or a guarantee of third-party transactions. You are responsible for evaluating risks, legality, and third-party terms before proceeding.

10. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or preserve service integrity. Mobile networks, Firebase, and third-party websites may be unavailable from time to time.

11. Disclaimer and responsibility

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the app is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Termination and deletion

You may stop using the app and request account deletion through the Account Deletion page. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, or legal requirements.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when services, risks, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
