How BetPro handles information

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to BetPro - Official App (package com.bproexchange) and this support website. It explains the data the app accesses or collects, why it is used, the services involved, and the choices available to users.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile data: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, profile image, Firebase user ID, sign-in provider, account status, and timestamps.
Linked-site access data: a username and password assigned or stored for access to the administrator-configured third-party site.
Service-request data: request type, amount, payment method, account title or number, bank name, proof images, review status, notes, and request history.
Support data: support tickets, messages, selected images, and related account information.
Device and usage data: notification tokens, app instance or device identifiers, app interactions, sign-up and request events, diagnostics, IP address, and device information that Firebase, Google, or Meta may process.
Local app preferences: settings such as notification choices and whether the user has enabled credential Auto-Paste.

3. How information is collected

Directly from you when you register, sign in, edit your profile, submit a request, or contact support.
From your gallery only when you choose an image for a profile, proof, or support attachment.
Automatically through Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Analytics, Google Sign-In, and Meta App Events.
From activity within the app, including request completion and approval events.

4. Why we use information

To register, authenticate, secure, and maintain user accounts.
To provide profiles, linked-site access details, service requests, reviews, histories, and support.
To store images intentionally selected by users.
To send account, request, support, and update notifications.
To understand feature use, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
To comply with lawful requests and enforce our Terms.

5. Third-party services and websites

The app uses services provided by Google and Firebase for authentication, database storage, file storage, notifications, and analytics; Google Sign-In for optional authentication; and Meta App Events for app activation and measurement. The app may open WhatsApp, the system share sheet, or an administrator-configured third-party website. These providers and destinations process information under their own policies.

BetPro does not own or control independently operated third-party websites. Information entered into those websites is received by their operator, not governed solely by this policy.

6. WebView and Auto-Paste

When enabled by the service administrator and separately enabled by the user, Auto-Paste may insert the user's stored linked-site username and password into visible login fields on the currently configured HTTPS website. The destination website can receive those credentials when they are inserted or submitted. Users can disable Auto-Paste from Profile. Navigation to a different host is blocked by the app's WebView boundary.

7. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. Information may be disclosed to authorized app administrators and support personnel, the service providers named above, a third-party site when you open or interact with it, services you deliberately choose such as WhatsApp, and authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary for law, safety, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

8. Retention and security

We retain information while an account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, resolve requests and disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Data is transmitted using encrypted network connections where supported, and Firebase access controls are used. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices and rights

Review or update available profile details in the app.
Control notification permission and the Auto-Paste preference.
Choose whether to select and upload an image.
Use the Help section to export available user data.
Request account and associated data deletion through our Account Deletion page.

10. Children and eligibility

BetPro is not directed to children. Users must meet the minimum legal age and other eligibility rules applicable where they live and any age rules imposed by an independently operated third-party service.

11. Changes

We may update this policy when app features, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
