Request deletion of your BetPro account
Submit your request
Enter enough information for support to locate and verify your account. This page does not upload or store your entries; it creates a WhatsApp message on your device.
What will be deleted
- The Firebase Authentication account associated with the verified request.
- Profile details, stored linked-site credentials, notification tokens, and account preferences under BetPro's control.
- Associated request records, proof images, support conversations, and uploaded media where deletion is permitted.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained only when reasonably necessary for fraud or abuse prevention, security, dispute handling, backup recovery, or legal obligations. Any retained information will be limited to those purposes and removed or anonymized when it is no longer needed.
Before submitting
Use the data export option in the app's Help section if you want a copy of available information. Deletion is irreversible after processing. Removing the app from your device does not delete your account.
